Pursuant to the bill (Reg. No.2231) a person who attends a disabled child requiring regular outside assistance shall be granted an allowance for such care regardless of the fact of employment.
The People´s Deputies of Ukraine submitted the motions concerning the bill. Out of 8 motions submitted, 5 were taken into account, 3 being rejected.
The bill adjusted for the second reading sets another date of enactment January 1, 2011 (instead of January 1, 2009).
